Read Before Booking

We ask
for
a 25% deposit, payable through
MasterCard, Visa, bank draft, personal
cheque or cash. Final payment is due 6 weeks before
arrival (payments made via credit card are subject to
a 5% bank fee, but there is no fee for direct
transfers). 90% of the
deposit is refundable up to the deadline of
when the balance has to be paid (12 weeks for Xmas bookings).
If the time period to which refunds apply has passed, we would be
happy to credit the amount paid for a stay at a later
date. We recommend travel insurance in case of flight
delays or cancellations. |

Liability -
We cannot be held liable for any injury or damage to a guest or
his/her possessions, unless damages caused are a
direct result of gross negligence on our behalf.
We assume that everyone using the pool area can swim. Children and those
who cannot swim should be supervised at all times. Damages to The Old Fort or its contents should be reported to
us. Guests may be asked to pay the costs of repairs if damage has resulted from
negligence or abuse of our property.

Shopping - We
are happy to assist with shopping. Guests are solely asked to pay the
shopping bills plus a 10% handling fee of the total. In order for us to
make the necessary arrangement, the choices of food & drink should
be discussed with us before arrival. If guest prefer they can do the
shopping themselves, we will be happy to assist. |
