Booking Procedures

Deposit - We ask for
a 50% deposit, payable through
MasterCard, Visa, bank draft, or cash upon booking. Final payment is due upon
arrival. We would be
happy to credit the amount paid for a stay at a later
date, if for whatever reason, guests who have paid a deposit have to cancel their trip. Guests can also have the choice to be refunded 50% of the deposit paid 1 month before arrival, if for whatever reason they can not embark on their holiday (Not for Christmas bookings). Payments made via credit card are subject to
a 5% bank fee, however there is no fee for direct
transfers.
Liability - We cannot be held liable for injuries or damages to a guest or his/her possessions, unless damages caused are a direct result of gross negligence on our behalf. We assume that everyone using the pool can swim. Children and those who cannot swim should be supervised at all times as there is no lifeguard. Damages to The Old Fort or its contents should be reported. Guests may be asked to pay the cost of repairs if damage has resulted from negligence or abuse of property.
